Former Miss Universe and Bollywood actress Sushmita Sen has received notice from Madras High Court for her comments on ‘pre-marital sex’In her comments in a television interview, Sushmita said that ‘No Indian has chastity or virginity anymore’ which did not go well with legal authorities.The court has issued notice to the Tamil daily ‘Dina Thanthi’ also which has published the transcript of Sushmita’s interview. Her comments found to be demoralizing the moral fabric of India. The actress is summoned because she was fully aware that it would be published and telecast.
