New Delhi’s Swaminarayan temple ‘ Akshardham’ has made a world record of ‘world’s largest Hindu temple complex’ In addition, Swaminarayan Sansthan head Pramukh Swami Maharaj has made it in Gunniess Book of world record for creating and consecrating 713 temples in five continents between April 1971 to November 2007.Pramukh Swami Maharaj has been presented two world record certificate under two categories : first as a world’s largest Hindu temple complex and secondly most Hindu temples consecrated by a single person.
